Traveling with Anna

My name is Anna Grechishkina, I am a Ukrainian.For the past eight years and eight months, from 2013 up until 2022, I have been on the continuous solo journey around the world on my motorcycle. The journey which I gave the name I Have A Dream. I have crossed 6 continents, 70 countries and more than 260.000 km crossing the globe more than once. People I got to know, unique stories I witnessed, unusual food, extraordinary cultural peculiarities and differences, all my impressions I collected and shared on my pages, including Patreon platform. But the year of 2022 changed everything. Russia started its full-scale invasion in Ukraine, and I decided to make a pause in my journey and come back. Now it was time to be next to my country, and to contribute in whatever way I could, to be the eyes through which my audience would see what was happening in Ukraine.Here on this platform, as you scroll down in the archive, you will see what I experienced traveling around the world, and what I experience now being back in Ukraine. Those are very different experiences but, in some way, they complement each other. It is about following one's heart, accomplishing one's dream and standing for it, being strong and courageous, not giving up no matter how hard or impossible it may seem. Basically, I continue traveling but in a different way, for a different goal and to different destinations - sometimes by my old motorcycle left earlier in Ukraine, or by car when there's a need to deliver humanitarian aid in the affected areas of Ukraine, reporting and collecting the war stories.
